A Practice Built on Experience

Mr. Basant Kumar Gupta, Advocate has been practising law since 1991 and was enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh that year. Over more than three decades, his practice has covered criminal litigation, civil disputes, property due diligence and title verification, financial and loan recovery, cheque dishonour matters, motor accident compensation claims, lease disputes and consumer matters.

From 2018 to 2025, he served as District Government Counsel (Crime), Agra, representing the State in serious criminal matters. His career has included work relating to murder prosecutions, offences against children, domestic and dowry-related crimes and other major criminal proceedings.
